LETTERE D’AMORE

 

.....stamattina leggevo mentre sorseggiavo una tazzina di caffè...

…quanto vorrei anch’io le lettere d’amore che il Maestro Puccini scrisse ad Elvira!!!📩….ma anche Lei non scherzava!!!!💌

In una delle sue lettere Elvira scrisse:

P.S. “Straccia subito questa mia che non la legga nessuno….

 Addio ancora un bacione grosso grosso”.

Menomale che non lo ha fatto altrimenti non potevamo sognare!

Perdutamente innamorata, scrive in un’altra lettera….

“Oggi e domani son sola, il mago (sopranome con cui chiamavano il marito di Elvira) andato in Garfagnana; avevo quasi idea di farti un telegramma stamani che tu fossi venuto a passare la notte con me; ma poi ho pensato che sarebbe stato inutile e non ne ho fatto nulla! Io nutro la dolce speranza che finalmente sabato andranno in scena le Villi, e che mercoledì mattina alle 8 tu sia nelle mie braccia”.

 

Al Maestro non mancavano le belle parole per rispondere alla sua adorata Elvira:

“voglio morire d’amore con te, ti voglio nuda bella col petto nudo baciarti….e poi…..in quel modo che piace tanto a noi…morire insieme. Oh! Dio non resisto più…..tutta l’anima mia è tua…..che felicità sarà per me il giorno in cui ti rivedrò! Addio il tutto tuo per sempre Giacomo”

 

Ancora belle frasi per la sua amata Elvira:

(Bologna sabato ore 1.30 di notte)

“Ti ricordi quante belle cosine mi dicevi? Si quelle espressioni d’amore che sai dir tu sola e che nissuna donna al mondo potrà mai farmele comprendere come te, me lo fai?”…

In one of her letters Elvira wrote:

Thank goodness he didn't do it otherwise we couldn't have a chance to dream!

 

Hopelessly in love she wrote in another letter....

"Today and tomorrow I am alone, the magician (nickname with which they called Elvira's husband) who went to Garfagnana; I had almost the idea of sending you a telegram this morning if you could come to spend the night with me; but then I thought it would be useless and I didn't do anything about it! The Maestro did not lack beautiful words to respond to his beloved Elvira:
